ZODIAC MOUSE Children’s & Teenagers’ Painting Exhibition in Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts

Year 2020 will be the year of the Mouse and is going to be the start of a new cycle of the Chinese Zodiac signs. Xue Xue Foundation invites artist Tsong Pu to create a prototype of mouse. The prototype is composed of straight lines and triangular shapes of abstract geometry, which conveys rationality and determination. It is indicating that the new year will be filled with wisdom and courage. Meanwhile, art teachers were encouraged to lead local cultural colors themed children painting programs that bring out the recognition of local nature, history, and culture. The exhibition includes over a thousand color painted mini-mouses by students in Kaohsiung, Pingtung and Tainan, demonstrates a variety of color observation and students’ abundant creativity in art.
