1984，製造於台灣高雄。
幼稚園中班開始接觸兒童繪畫，國小三年級在老師畫室學習基礎素描水彩訓練。高中美術班、嘉義大學大學美術系、台南藝術學院造形藝術研究所畢業。大學期間接觸、進駐藝術村，開始意識到創作帶來的沈浸式滿足快樂：長期關注在地文化，尋找地緣政治下的自我認同，多以詼諧、惡搞的方式反映在媒材的衝突與結合，作品以平面繪畫，複合媒材、特殊造型的方式進行創作。
2006-2012年主要為複合媒材的平面創作，透過不同媒材去延伸平面繪畫上的可能性，2014年後更延續多彩的創作方式，以平面壓克力複合媒材來繪製作品，帶來「尪仔標」系列創作。除了持續投入藝術創作，林慶芳也曾深入木工施作、婚禮宴會設計、藝術塗料等專業領域，時至今日，依然持續精進自己的專業。
 
Born in 1984, Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
Lin began exploring art in kindergarten and started formal training in sketching and watercolor under a studio teacher in the third grade. He attended an art-focused high school, earned her bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from National Chiayi University, and later completed her MFA in Plastic Arts at Tainan National University of the Arts. During university, his experience in artist residencies sparked a deep immersion and joy in artmaking.
His practice has long engaged with local culture, often reflecting on self-identity within the context of geopolitical landscapes. Lin’s works are known for their playful and subversive qualities, often manifesting through the conflict and fusion of diverse materials. Her creations span painting, mixed media, and uniquely shaped formats. From 2006 to 2012, he focused on exploring how various materials could expand the potential of painting. Since 2014, he has continued working with vibrant, mixed-media acrylic paintings, giving rise to her notable “Aun-A-piao” series. In addition to his ongoing artistic pursuits, Lin has also gained hands-on experience in woodworking, wedding banquet design, and artistic coating. He continues to refine and deepen his professional craft to this day.
