高雄人，高師大美術系碩士畢。擅長以凹版版畫混合拼貼、手繪、電繪等方式來表達自身對於人與動物、人與環境議題的觀察與感受。其作品曾入選2020年與2004年義大利波隆那插畫展、2009年葡萄牙Ilustrarte插畫雙年展，並曾獲2017年臺南新藝獎首獎。目前居住及工作在高雄，但也夢想住在北極圈。

Kuan Meng-Hsuan was born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in 1982. She specializes in intaglio, combining collage, drawing, and digital painting to express her observations and reflections on the relationships between humans and the environment, as well as between humans and animals.
Her artworks were selected for Bologna Illustrators Exhibition(2020/2004, Italy)、Ilustrarte'09(2009, Portugal)，and the winner of Next Art Tainan and YAT Award Recommendation(2017, Taiwan). Meng-Hsuan now live & work in Kaohsiung but also dream to live in the Arctic.
Her works have been selected for the Bologna Illustrators Exhibition (2004, 2020, Italy) and Ilustrarte'09 (2009, Portugal). She was also a recipient of the Next Art Tainan award and the YAT Award Recommendation (2017, Taiwan). Kuan currently lives and works in Kaohsiung, though she dreams of one day living in the Arctic.
