邊界是一個奇幻、讓人充滿想像的空間，是一條劃清你我的界線、是一片文化絞揉的潮間地帶。「邊界敘譜」立基於原住民族的口傳歷史脈絡，緊扣當代藝術創作與深根部落文化及傳承的先行者。本展特別邀請撒古流及拉黑子．達立夫從藝術家的角度來描述與演繹，藉以逐步建構出台灣原住民族具當代性的藝術年譜與文化樣貌。

　　A boundary is an imaginary and imaginative space, a space that divides you and me, and space where tides of different cultures intertwine and interact with one another. Based on the fact the histories of indigenous tribes in Taiwan were orally passed down generation after generation, this dual solo exhibition, Boundary Narratives, displays the works by two indigenous artists, Sakuliu and Rahic Talif, who are pioneers in closely combining contemporary artistic creation and heritage of their indigenous cultures. The two artists are invited to write their own histories of tribal life by giving their description and interpretation from their perspectives as artists and then, based on their description and interpretation, the exhibition is intended to gradually construct the contemporary art chronology of Taiwan’s indigenous peoples representative of their cultural characteristics both traditional and modern.
