1/ Please purchase a KMFA entry ticket at the Ticket Center before entering KMFA. 2/ When visiting a special exhibition at KMFA, a viewer can enter KMFA for free with the special exhibition ticket on the day of visit. 3/ When purchasing a KMFA entry ticket, please show a valid ID card/document specified in the “NOTE” section of the corresponding ticket type. 4/ For free entry, please show upon entry a valid ID card/document specified in the “NOTE” section of free entry. |

| Ticket Refund/Exchange |
1/ To refund/exchange a ticket, please bring the unused and intact ticket, unused and intact complimentary item/ticket (if there is any), and fapiao (uniform invoice) to the Ticket Center before 17:00 on the day of purchase for ticket refund/exchange. For a ticket purchased with a credit card, please also bring the credit card and payment slip. 2/ Each ticket refund is subject to a processing fee (10% of the ticket price). Ticket refund/exchange will not be available after 17:00 on the day of purchase. 3/ If a ticket is lost, damaged, punctured, altered, smeared, photocopied, torn, and/or rendered illegible, it will be deemed invalid and cannot be refunded or exchanged. |
