《潮壤相接》圍繞「誰擁有土地與水？」這一提問，反思邊界的形成與變動。展名代表水域和陸地交界的持續變動，也隱喻人與人、人與人以外的生命變動的生存空間。展覽透過「共生與療癒」、「量測、觀察與紀錄」及「多重敘事」三大視角，呈現藝術家對環境的關懷及人與自然的共存關係。作品從台灣、金門延伸至泰國金三角、印度洋聖誕島等地，跨越地理與文化，以藝術的多重敘事揭示邊界的模糊與動態。觀眾在觀看之餘，也被邀請成為參與者，行走、體驗，甚至重新審視自身與土地及水域的聯繫。
"Between Waves and Soil" revolves around the question, "Who owns the land and water?" and reflects on the formation and transformation of boundaries. The exhibition's title symbolizes the constant changes at the interface of water and land, while also metaphorically addressing the evolving living spaces of humans and other life forms. Through three perspectives—"Symbiosis and Healing," "Measurement, Observation, and Documentation," and "Multiple Narratives"—the exhibition presents the artists' concerns for the environment and the coexistence between humans and nature. The works span from Taiwan and Kinmen to the Golden Triangle in Thailand and Christmas Island in the Indian Ocean, transcending geography and culture. Through the multiple narratives of art, the exhibition reveals the fluidity and ambiguity of boundaries. Visitors are invited not only to observe but also to participate—walking, experiencing, and even reexamining their own connections to the land and water.

本次展覽專書除了收錄參展藝術家及作品簡介，也邀請研究者為每位藝術家撰寫專文或訪談，以更完整細緻的角度探究藝術家的創作脈絡，豐富觀眾對作品及展覽的理解。此外，展覽開展前的一系列前導活動，包含藝術家講座、海灘貨幣手繪工作坊、電影放映會，透過專文記錄，進一步強化了《潮壤相接》在作品之外的社會對話，藉由公眾參與展開更深層次的互動。
Beyond simply constructing multiple narratives around the environment and boundaries, Between Waves and Soils seeks to deepen these discussions through an exhibition book and a series of events. In addition to providing artist profiles and artwork summaries, the exhibition book includes essays or interviews with each artist, offering a more nuanced exploration of their creative contexts. The exhibition’s pre-opening activities—such as artist talks, beach money painting workshops, and film screenings—have also been documented to strengthen Between Waves and Soils’s role as a catalyst for social dialogue, encouraging deeper public engagement.
