最重要的事物，往往潛藏於最習以為常的日常景象中。本展集結23位不同世代的臺灣及亞洲藝術家，與英國觀念藝術大師麥可・克雷格-馬丁展開視線平行映照的雙軌對話。相較於西方極簡冷靜的客觀符號，臺灣藝術家將尋常物件轉化為承載在地集體記憶與文化心理的象徵。透過視線的主動轉位，我們得以穿透表象，重新看見隱藏在最平凡日常符號背後的文化溫度與主體價值。

The most essential things are often hidden within the most familiar scenes of everyday life. This exhibition brings together 22 Taiwanese and Asian artists across generations in a parallel, dual-track dialogue with the British conceptual art master Michael Craig-Martin. In contrast to the minimalist, detached and objective symbols of the West, Taiwanese artists transform mundane objects into symbols that carry local collective memory and cultural psychology. By actively repositioning our gaze, we are able to see beyond the surface and rediscover the cultural warmth and subjective value hidden behind the most ordinary symbols of everyday life.
